Application

Tilting louver valve is used with electric actuator; it can control the valve opening to achieve the work by receiving signal. It is widely used in the industries of building materials, metallurgy, mining, electricity to control material flow.

Advantages

Louver, multiple axis, axle seat is assembled which is easy to maintain, stuffing box packing is black lead, the sealing rate is adjustable. Valve structure is streamline which is small flow resistance, flow uniform, small on-off torque, smart and reliable performance.

Ⅰ.Brief Introduction

DBG1-10 fixed stack charter is a new type of stacked package products. Simple structure, performance can be reliable, is the ideal automated cement plant stack package device, and particularly suited to various types of double Tsui cement packaging machine used for the cement industry can save manpower, reduce labor intensity and improve working efficiency.

Ⅲ. Working Principle

Aircraft charter for the single-station stack, rack at the top left there is a small belt. Cement bag packed by the belt conveyor (the main belt conveyor) is transferred to a small belt conveyor, conveyor belt from the small into the chute. Package can be part of cement chute down to the loading door and crashing inside of the door mounted in the formation of load switch, then pallets down, immediately dropped to a certain location, cement bag and travel switch disengagement, pallets stopped declining, wait for the next package of cement into the station, and repeat the process on a package of work, so repeatedly, that stack to 10 package, cement bag their own turn to have put away the trolley, and then upward movement of pallets to the initial position, repeat the process.

（1）Arrow A points to cement bags delivered to B650 from B800;

（2）Cement bags into turning ring from B800 should be putted in order, crossed bags are forbidden.

（3）Travel switch will be installed in the jobsite.
