Product Descriptions
The MQ series wet milling or metallurgical mill is mainly used for powder grinding in a large variety of industries such as mine, cement, refractory material, chemical, etc. According to discharging patterns, the wet milling ball mill can be divided into MQG dry grinding grate ball mill, MQS wet grinding grate ball mill, MQY wet grinding overflow ball mill and MQZ peripheral discharge mill; Based on the liner plate types, it can be classified into A series standard ball mill which adopts high manganese steel liner plate and magnetic liner plate and B series energy saving ball mill which is equipped with rubber liner plate, high-alumina liner plate, silica liner plate and ceramic liner plate; Depending on driving way, it can be divided into edge drive ball mill and central drive ball mill.
Features
1. As for the wet milling or metallurgical ball mill with diameter less than or equal to 3200mm, rolling bearing is commonly utilized to replace slide shoe bearing, which can contribute to 10%-20% energy conservation.
2. The ball grinding mill with diameter no less than 2700mm is conventionally equipped with low speed driving device for maintenance and liner plate installation.
3. When the diameter is 1500mm or less, the ball mill is commonly designed with a integral type enlarged base to shorten installation time and reduce installation requirements.
4. When the power of this metallurgical cement grinding equipment is 400kw or less, squirrel-cage or wire wound asynchronous motor is adopted. Conversely, if the power is more than 400kw, the ball mill usually utilizes high voltage (6Kv, 10Kv) asynchronous motor or TDMK series high voltage (6Kv, 10Kv) synchronous motor.
5. This wet milling or metallurgical mill comes is characterized by two types of feeder, namely drum type feeder and joint feeder. They are alternative to deal with various working conditions.
6. The methods of gear lubrication can be divided into grease lubrication, oil bath lubrication and oil fog lubrication, which can meet the requirements of different working conditions.
7. The bearings of this industrial powder grinding machine can be lubricated by means of both manual and electric grease lubrication pump, ensuring automatic operation.
8. The wet milling or metallurgical mill is available with various types of liner plate. The B series liner plate comes with 10%-20% energy conservation over the A series.
