Clinker bulk loader
- Brief introduction
Clinker bulk loader is a kind of equipment to convey clinker automatically from cement clinker silo to clinker bulk loading truck or ship. Bottom silo cement clinker bulk loader (see drawing 1) is made up of hand rod valve, motorized fan valve, hoister devices, flexible
discharge device, soft pipe of dust filtering, capacitive limited switches, and electric control system and so on.

- Working Principle
1. End of the rope is fixed in the hoister cylinder, and it should be firm against the loss.
2. The rope should be adjusted according to instructions to avoid the bulk loading headskewing in upgrading or falling.
3. All the fixed pulley should move flexibly.
4. Air volume of dust collecting is 2 X3000m3 / h.
