Ⅰ. Application
Flue damper mainly used in petroleum, chemical, cement, and electric afterheat boiler system which is installed in the pipeline to adjust or cut off smoke flow.
Ⅱ.Structure Characters
Flue damper adopted single axis and no lining structure, the damper and valve plate all made of Q235—A stainless steel and valve bear is made of 2CrI3 hardened and temoered steel. When the temperature is over 350°C~500°C. The damper can be designed as square, top circle bottom square according to customer’s demand to meet different dampers’ requirement.Manual actuator is attached (when diameter is less than 900mm, hand wheel is attached), and at the same time a 0~90 indicator card is installed to show the open rang of the valve plate.
